- Assist clients in navigating the complexities of private contractor agreements, government procurement processes, meticulous contract review and negotiation, and adept handling of disputes and litigation
- Represent contractors in connection with size and bid protests at both state and federal levels, including both filing bid protests and intervening in bid protests to defend a contract award
- Represent contractors in connection with requests for equitable adjustment and claims, including asserting claims to the Armed Services Board of Contract Appeals, Civilian Board of Contract Appeals, and Court of Federal Claims
- Represent contractors in connection with audits and investigations by the OFCCP, DOL, and other federal and state agencies
- Provide guidance on the intricacies of the SBA 8(a) Business Development Program, such as HUBZone opportunities, and All Small Mentor-Protégé agreements
- Advise Alaska Native Corporation on all aspects of federal and state government contracting
- Represent Alaska Native Corporations in size and procurement protests, conducting compliance training, and assisting in strategic planning regarding the SBA’s 8(a) and HUBZone programs
