How I represent clients at Schwabe
My past experience as in-house counsel for Legacy Health enables me to leverage my legal acumen and extensive industry knowledge to achieve success on behalf of my clients. My background includes business sales transactions, contract drafting, regulatory compliance, and business management—both generally and within the healthcare sector.
I adopt a personalized approach to all my clients’ legal concerns, which positions me to forge stronger relationships and understand each one’s unique needs, and equips me to provide tailored legal solutions.
I worked for Schwabe from 2017-2022, prior to my stint as in-house counsel.
Experience
- Represented various small and mid-sized businesses in commercial sales transactions with local, national, and international buyers
- Served as counsel for borrowers in new loan and refinancing transactions, including loans secured by commercial real property
- Provided counsel to various start-ups for entity formation and initial fundraising rounds
- Researched and authored presentations for legal and academic conferences
- Worked as in-house counsel for Legacy Health and advised the company with regard to employed and non-employed provider contracting and regulatory compliance
