With a focus on land use and real estate law, I help clients navigate complex transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing.
I deliver tailored and effective solutions through in-depth knowledge the law, giving my clients the confidence to approach transactions together. I have significant expertise in telecommunications land use matters, including new site developments, modifications of existing facilities, collocations, and easements. I also advise telecommunications clients on real estate transactional matters such as ground leasing, licensing, lease buyouts, and other related documents and transactions.
Experience
- Represented a growing national coffee company in drafting and negotiating hundreds of retail build-to-suit and ground leases nationwide.
- Negotiated numerous leases for office space, ground space, and food carts throughout Oregon.
- Represented a regional telecommunications company in the purchase and sale of real property in locations throughout the West Coast.
- Represented purchasers and sellers of closely held businesses.
- Drafted local opinion letters for real estate financing transactions.
