How I represent clients at Schwabe
I am a commercial litigator with a primary focus in the Consumer Products, Manufacturing & Retail, and the Real Estate & Construction groups. I have successfully handled cases of varying complexity, from matters under $10,000 to multimillion-dollar disputes in Federal Court. I work with both individuals and multinational corporations, and tailor my strategies to fit the unique needs of each client and case.
My approach emphasizes thorough preparation and attention to detail. I examine every element of a case with care, and conduct comprehensive investigations that support solid legal arguments. Whether advocating assertively in the courtroom or negotiating strategically outside of it, I focus on achieving the best possible outcomes for my clients. My ultimate goal is to deliver results that not only align with my clients’ objectives, but uphold the integrity of the legal process.
Experience
- Successfully defended large and catastrophic auto, commercial trucking, and railroad injury/death cases
- Won complete defense verdicts in multimillion-dollar injury cases which saved the clients large amounts of money in requested damages
- Handled critical stages of investigation, discovery, and other in-person support throughout all phases of case workup, trial preparation, and jury trials
- Acted in on-call capacity for emergent client events requiring immediate, rapid response and attorney involvement and management
