How I represent clients at Schwabe

My comprehensive practice covers multiple facets of the real estate and lending industry, with a primary focus on representing lenders and borrowers in loan transactions.

My work includes representing lenders and borrowers in Federal Housing Administration (FHA)-insured mortgage transactions. I specialize in refinancing existing Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) properties and Section 8 Housing Assistance Payment (HAP) contracts. I also advise assisted living and seniors housing providers. My unique approach and in-depth understanding of the intricacies of these transactions have regularly led to successful results.

Prior to my career in private practice, I served as an Attorney-Advisor for the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development (HUD), where I handled an array of programs, including Public Housing, Office of Native American Programs, and FHA-Insured loan closings for both multifamily and Section 232 healthcare facilities.
