How I represent clients at Schwabe
I represent a broad spectrum of clients in my corporate and transactional practice, including debt and equity finance, mergers and acquisitions, governance, and general corporate law. I work closely with clients in many aspects of their businesses and bring a solution-oriented approach to helping them reach their goals. In transactions and other business contexts, I strive to assist companies in maximizing value and maintaining thought leadership and exemplary corporate citizenship.
In addition to working with clients in financial services, healthcare, and the technology industries, I represent many of the region’s best independent restaurateurs, chefs, and food purveyors.
