Industry focus
How I represent clients at Schwabe
I assist clients through all facets of land use law, most notably by securing entitlements and permit approvals for a wide variety of development projects in both urban and rural settings.
I work on residential, commercial, industrial, energy facilities, and nonprofit-related projects, and guide my clients through the planning and pre-application stages. I represent them before local decision-makers to secure required approvals and defend the outcomes if appealed.
Prior to joining Schwabe, I practiced law in Massachusetts for more than five years, with a focus on land use, municipal, and real estate law. I was seasoned in these areas through internships with the Land Court Department of the Massachusetts Trial Court, the Massachusetts Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance, and the Boston Planning and Development Agency while I attended law school.
