Schwabe Promotes Three Staff to Senior Paralegal
Schwabe, Williamson & Wyatt, P.C. is proud to share that Melissa Canich, Brandi Henley, and Cory Sabin have been promoted to the role of Senior Paralegal. These paralegals augment our ability to serve clients in our Intellectual Property and Litigation departments.

Melissa Canich, Intellectual Property Department
Melissa has over 15 years of experience as a paralegal, with the last 7 years focused on patent prosecution. She assists clients with U.S. and foreign utility and design patent prosecution. Melissa is the co-chair of the National Association for Legal Professionals’ Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee.
Brandi Henley, Intellectual Property Department
Brandi has extensive knowledge and background in patent docketing as well as obtaining foreign filing licenses. Her experience includes preparing documents, filing with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, and filing with the International Bureau and other foreign patent offices.
Cory Sabin, Litigation Department
Cory focuses on complex environment and natural resources research and analysis, as well as assisting attorneys with all stages of litigation. Cory has experience in discovery, trial preparation, and trial support for environmental, intellectual property, employment, and liability litigation.
