Judy Baker, Business & Transactions Department
Judy’s concentration is in estate planning, probate and trust administration, and business transactions. She has been a paralegal for more than 28 years, practicing both in California and Oregon.
Kai Davies, Litigation Department
Kai assists in the management of complex civil litigation, Federal Employers Liability Act and railroad injury claims, admiralty and maritime cases, and construction defect claims. She also assists attorneys to protect and preserve creditors’ rights in Chapter 7 liquidation proceedings and Chapter 11 reorganizations. She oversees large e-discovery productions, analyzes project logs and leases, and works with third parties to facilitate expert witness reports and trial testimony.
Michelle Folse, Business & Transactions Department
Michelle assists lawyers with a broad spectrum of personnel and employment law matters. She is experienced in complex litigation-related matters with a focus on issues ranging from employment discrimination and retaliation claims to wage and hour class actions.
Angie Hanslovan, Litigation Department
Angie focuses her work on condemnation and real property litigation. She has worked on some of the Pacific Northwest’s most high-profile public projects, including those impacting private timberlands, manufacturers of specialized equipment, and an owner/developer’s planned source of retirement funds.
Anthony Phillips, Intellectual Property Department
Anthony assists with trademark matters both international and domestic, including clearance, prosecution, and maintenance. With over 10 years of intellectual property experience, Anthony provides thoughtful assistance tailored to each client’s particular needs.
Lucy Thomas, Business & Transactions Department
Lucy works closely with attorneys and clients to provide assistance with estate and trust administration, estate planning, guardianships, and conservatorships. She is dedicated to assisting families during what can be a difficult time by providing exemplary support.
