Schwabe, a leading Pacific Northwest law firm, proudly announces that Stephanie Holmberg has been appointed to its Board of Directors. This appointment strengthens Schwabe’s position as a majority women-led organization, with 60% of the board composed of women attorneys.

Stephanie joins the board after nearly a decade at Schwabe, where she previously served as the firm’s Real Estate and Construction Industry Group Leader and currently serves as Shareholder in its litigation department. Her experience as a former in-house counsel at a national electric utility contractor uniquely equips her to bring client-centered insights to legal matters and ensure outstanding client service.

Stephanie’s roots in Oregon give her a deep understanding of the region and its unique commercial landscape. As a Board Member, she will help strengthen the firm’s commitment to the Pacific Northwest, ensuring outstanding client service and offerings that are tailored to the local market.
