Attorney Stephanie Berntsen in the Seattle office of Schwabe, Williamson & Wyatt were recently named co-chair of the Washington Defense Trial Lawyers‘ Employment Section.

The mission of the Washington Defense Trial Lawyers is to promote the highest professional and ethical standards for Washington civil defense attorneys and to serve its members through education, recognition, collegiality, professional development and advocacy.

Berntsen focuses her practice in employment advice and litigation and securities litigation, representing national and regional clients. She is president of the board of directors for the Work Force Development Center and also serves on the board of directors for Mother Attorneys Mentoring Association of Seattle. Berntsen graduated from the University of California, Davis School of Law.
