How I represent clients at Schwabe

Focusing on mergers and acquisitions, particularly in the contracting industry, my work centers on helping clients achieve their business goals. From navigating complex transactions to assisting out-of-state buyers with due diligence, I provide practical advice and tailored solutions designed to meet each client’s unique needs.

I also work with clients in a variety of industries on equity financing strategies and designing incentive plans that support their long-term success. For clients big and small, I handle a wide range of corporate matters, including entity formation, licensing, commercial contracts, and succession planning.

My background as in-house counsel gave me a deep appreciation for aligning legal approaches with a business’s operations and strategic vision. I make it a point to understand each client’s objectives, allowing me to deliver solutions that drive results. Whether it’s tackling a major acquisition or navigating everyday corporate issues, I’m dedicated to helping businesses move forward with confidence.
