Professional Experience William B. Crow joined Schwabe, Williamson & Wyatt as a shareholder of the firm in 2003 after a long and significant career with the Northwest law firm of Miller Nash. His practice includes antitrust counseling and litigation in health care and the aluminum industry as well as in other business interests; securities advice, litigation, and dealing with the SEC; environmental litigation involving CERCLA and groundwater contamination; and patent and trademark infringement. In addition to trial experience in these fields, he has served as national trial counsel in breast implant and diet drug litigation. His trial practice has also included the representation of the pharmaceutical industry in a variety of claims, including mass tort litigation.
Mr. Crow has an active alternative dispute resolution practice and focuses on early dispute resolution counseling, an area of particular and growing interest to him as litigation costs continue to escalate.
